New filter option – Reward Programs
We added a filter option in The Ultimate Credit Card Finder that allows you to filter credit cards by their reward programs.
We have over 50 reward programs you can choose, including Amex Membership Rewards, Hilton Honors, United MileagePlus, Delta SkyMiles, and many more.
Whether you’re looking to fly Delta or United, or stay at Marriott or Hilton properties, we made it easy for you to find the card on which you can earn the most appropriate rewards.
Interview with Alex Darr – CEO DarrLaw
We ran a series over the summer featuring an interview with Alex Darr, famous lawyer and CEO of DarrLaw.
In the episodes, we covered topics relating to credit card shutdowns. It was interesting to hear about it from a legal point of view and get some nuggets of info on why banks may shut you down and what your rights are.
The episodes ran on our WhatsApp status and we also sent out a transcript of each episode by email.
Grand release of CardRight
The most major accomplishment of all! We finally released our app, CardRight!
The app, which was years in the making, not only helps you find new credit cards, but also helps you keep track of your existing credit cards.
Thousands of users signed up for the app and the feedback is unbelievable.
We’re constantly introducing more features to the app. Here are just some of them:
- It tracks all bank rules (Chase 5/24 rule, Amex 2/90 rule, etc.)
- It has reminders for when your annual fees are due
- It tells you which of your cards have which benefits and credits and how to maximize them
- It keeps track of the time left to spend on your cards in order to get the welcome bonus
- It tells you which of your cards earn the most rewards for each category (grocery, gas, etc.)
- You can add custom notes to cards and upload receipts
- You can call your card’s customer service line directly from a pr- dialed number in the app
- And much, much more!
We also set up a desktop version of CardRight for those who prefer desktop over an app.
Quicker and more efficient search bar
We tremendously improved the search engine on HelpMeBuildCredit. We made it work a lot quicker, a lot smoother, and a lot smarter than before.
It now uses advanced technology so it can understand phrases and also understands what every page on HelpMeBuildCredit talks about. It’s really smart! Check it out!
