  • You can only get approved for 1 Citi Personal Card every 8 days, and not more than 2 Citi Personal Cards every 65 days
  • Citi will usually pull your Experian credit report (If you freeze Experian you can sometimes request the reconsideration department to pull Equifax)

  • If declined you can call 1 800 695 5171 to be reconsidered
Balance Transfer Terms
  • Balance transfer Fee: 3% or $10, whichever is greater
  • You cannot transfer balances from another credit card issued by Citi Bank
